Listed Buildings

Richard Copus has worked with listed buildings for many years and has expert knowledge of these homes. Grade II and Grade II* are Richard's speciality and he emphasises that listing can be an advantage, not a hindrance to sale.
“Buildings are listed for their special architectural or historic significance and this protection helps them retain their inherent beauty and charm which keeps their values high”.

About 95% of properties are grade II and are listed for their individual architectural or historic interest, which may be a particularly fine example of an inglenook fireplace or ancient beamed ceiling. They can also be listed for their group value in the community.
